Certification and hallmarking
Where a product page states an IGI, GIA or other independent certification, the applicable certificate accompanies or is linked to the piece. Gold products are supplied with applicable hallmark information. Keep these documents with the invoice for future service or exchange assessment.
Workmanship support
If you believe a piece has a manufacturing or setting defect, stop wearing it and request an inspection. After inspection we will explain whether repair, replacement or another remedy applies. Accidental impact, misuse, unauthorised alteration, ordinary wear and loss are not manufacturing defects.
Care
Store jewellery separately, avoid impact and exposure to harsh chemicals, and have stone settings inspected periodically. Remove jewellery before strenuous activity. Cleaning and repair methods vary by metal and stone; ask our team before using chemical or ultrasonic cleaning.
Service requests
Signed-in customers can open repair, resize or certificate requests from an order page. You can also contact the showroom with the invoice or order reference.
