Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, requesting service, joining a waitlist, writing a review or contacting us. This can include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, product selections and communications. Payment-card or UPI credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, validate and fulfil orders, deliver products, issue receipts or invoices, prevent fraud, provide support, moderate reviews, meet legal obligations and improve the storefront. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with hosting, database, authentication, payment, messaging, courier, professional and regulatory providers only for the relevant service. Each provider receives only what is reasonably needed for its role.
Analytics and cookies
Essential session and security cookies operate without advertising. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept analytics” in the consent control. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment data or order identifiers. You can clear the saved preference in your browser to choose again.
Retention and security
We retain order, invoice and transaction records for operational, tax and legal needs; other information is retained only while reasonably necessary. Access is role restricted, administrative access requires two-factor authentication, and sensitive operations are logged. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, withdraw optional analytics consent, or ask questions about our use of data. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
