Products and pricing
We aim to describe every product, metal, stone, certification, price and image accurately. Screen colours and scale can vary. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. A product is not reserved until an order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Sizing, metal, stone, engraving and other selected options form part of the order. Production begins only after the relevant details are confirmed. Customer-selected or personalised pieces may have restricted change-of-mind exchange eligibility, but this does not limit remedies for an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the agreed specification.
Orders, cancellation and availability
We may contact you to confirm a high-value order, specification or delivery detail. A cancellation request should be submitted from the order page as soon as possible. Cancellation may no longer be possible after custom production or dispatch has begun. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Delivery, exchange and warranty
Our delivery, inspection, exchange, refund, resizing and lifetime gold-value exchange conditions are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Product certification and care information is described in our Warranty & Authenticity Policy.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for information submitted through your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with another customer’s account or order.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Diamonds is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules.
